What a month again! What progression from month to month! There is so much information and rapid frequency changes propelling us forward that it is marvelous. Breathless too!
If in March and April we emerged from our chrysalises, in May we take flight to better reveal ourselves and dare to be who we are, doing what we must do, all in service to our soul, the Divine, and our well-being. Being well to inform the collective to feel better. Changing to change the world. Evolving to make it evolve. Progressing to make it progress.
A true shift in consciousness is taking place to "alchemize" our behaviors and make us better. The progression is spectacular. The healings equally so.
Despite the many gifts this month, we will see a clear difference between those who progress and those who sink, those who want to help improve the daily lives of others, and those who want to keep them in their limitations. It is more than important, necessary, to realize the significant changes that the energies are asking of us. We must no longer behave as before. That world is already over and will collapse.
Moreover, strong negative energies will be spread to try to counter the considerable elevation in progress and the attempts to establish peace in warring countries.
⚠️ MONTHLY ADVICE: Have faith, believe in yourself and your dreams to realize them. Fully transition to the new higher consciousness frequency, 6D, which is spreading! Truly change to evolve! Transmute negativity by being hyper-aligned with oneself, one's values, what needs to be done, to be carried out, to completion. Finish all projects that must be completed this month. Do not shirk or procrastinate. Do not identify with the surrounding negative mire, stay far above it, apart, completely extracted from it. Live your own reality.
Lunar Guidance:
First Quarter from 4th to 11th:
This lunation emphasizes our courage to overcome challenges and, most importantly, our ability to resolve them. It confronts us with our responsibilities, providing a little boost and acceleration that can be tiring and challenging. However, the successes are the result of the efforts made and lightens the impact of the last two lunations.
Chinese summer begins on the 5th.
Full Moon from 12th to 19th:
This full moon will bring us back to sacred forces, to what is essential and important for oneself, to the necessary consideration of oneself and others in order to improve our living conditions and to move beyond unnecessary suffering and limitations. There is joy to experience, victories to savor, peace to rediscover. For this, action is required; resting on one's laurels, even if fatigue urges rest, is not an option. Finding a balance between necessary actions and deserved rest is crucial, but procrastination should be avoided. This moon reveals us, opens our perceptions and gifts, enlightens, and elevates. Our perceptions of reality will differ, almost losing bearings as we may feel like we are floating or unaffected by what happens around us, because we will favor inner peace, elevation, the search for authenticity, and the brightness of the Just. There is even a return to the just, the good, the healthy, the Divine. A completely different behavior is born, or a rebirth from our own ashes like phoenixes freeing themselves from harmful attachments.
Additionally, May 12th marks the celebration of the Wesak gathering.

Last Quarter from 20th to 26th:
Very strong global tensions will disrupt a peace that seeks to establish itself and a considerable elevation in progress. Here, it is about resolving difficulties, providing continuous work, effort, wisdom, concentration, while dreaming of tranquility in the sun... It is somewhat a test. We are confronted with our actions and especially our inactions, resistances, and behavioral patterns.
If the important matters in your projects have been well handled in the first week and lunation of the month, then this one is easier; otherwise, don't give up!
Here, it's like going through darkness to emerge enlightened and especially liberated. Read the guidance that follows to better understand the "karmic sum" phase we are entering.
One must be cautious, tenacious, concentrated, perceptive, and listen well to their intuition, settling disputes and other pending administrative matters. By doing so, successes and overcoming difficulties are experienced.
This lunation is a key passage not to be missed as it confronts us with our personal responsibilities.
New Moon from May 27th to June 2nd:
There is relief, a sigh, moving on, liberation. We will witness everything that has been put in place, resolved, and overcome during the previous lunations.
Yet, strong negativities manipulating energies to create tensions, conflicts, and divert the considerable elevation in progress must be neutralized.
My advice: succeed in the first lunation to be relieved in the last two. If that is not possible, then complete everything that needs to be done from the 12th. Organize well, do not give up, and stay focused, grounded, just, and upright.
Challenges of the Month to Overcome:
First Challenge: The Fruit of Unfinished Efforts
If all the actions and efforts that needed to be undertaken were not done, produced, or understood in the previous months or at the very start of the month, it’s a bit of a disaster, to be honest. The results of inactions and/or procrastinations come back full force, causing mental and/or emotional desolation like a violent discharge, imposing the consequences of a lack of alignment, coherence with oneself, unmanaged fears, lack of self-consideration, actions known but not executed, and karmic sums that come to be resolved or lived. For many, this is difficult, even very difficult. We have been experiencing this test since January, to help us escape weakening challenges. We have had many challenges to overcome and many gifts to allow ourselves to receive. Loving, respecting, considering, asserting ourselves is not easy, allowing and managing everything we must at the same time is difficult, even exhausting sometimes. So, this month, we either see our progress or what remains to be done to achieve it.
And if we see all that remains to be done, we do it without complaining. And everything will work out!
Truly, by the end of the month, everything will be resolved. But action is required.
Second Challenge: The Karmic Sum
I mentioned it in the first challenge; we are indeed talking about a karmic sum here. But what is it?
The "karmic sum" refers to the accumulation of a person's past actions. Each action, thought, or intention contributes to this total sum of karma, which can be positive, negative, or neutral.
When this sum "triggers," it means that the consequences of past actions begin to manifest in our current life. This can result in events or experiences perceived as direct results of previous actions.
The triggering of the karmic sum should be seen as an opportunity for learning and spiritual growth. The resulting events are ways to restore what should have been, bring balance, and/or progress toward a higher state of consciousness.
It brings a great awareness of our personal responsibility, prompting us to reflect on our actions and seek to improve our behaviors to positively influence our future karma.
Therefore, in this month of MAY, with a stronger impulse in the middle of the month to be precise, the karmic sum of our actions triggers.
Positive for some, challenging for others. Rarely neutral, honestly here, as we have been prepared and challenged since April to realize it.
If you feel aligned, that's perfect; you will find the gifts of the month remarkable. If, on the contrary, you find it difficult, don't panic, nothing is set in stone! You can at any time understand and rectify by taking concrete actions every day to contribute to your progression and overcome difficulties.
All this is done to help us progress, evolve, and improve. It's about individual and collective consciousness growth and not a punishment.
As such, many karmic releases will occur this month, all month long, depending on the intentions and actions of liberation you have provided and that you cherish.
Don’t give up! Because truly ALL EFFORTS ARE REWARDED, EVEN THE SMALLEST ONES!
Third Challenge: The Solution!
The solution to remedy the karmic difficulties that accumulate and deliver in this accumulating and triggering sum is: TO EVOLVE!
To truly change, transform. Accept to become the best version of oneself. Everything has been pushing us to do so since January!
Reread the guidances! Understand them.
Everything invites us to be different, better, truly ourselves, coherent, attentive to ourselves, to life, to others, stepping out of sacrifice, submission/domination, reclaiming our personal power, and acting in a TOTAL NON-DUAL way! to transmute all negativities.
It is URGENT to act differently, in a revolutionary shift of oneself, within oneself, with oneself, for oneself, for all aspects of our life.
It is no longer an option. It is almost an obligation, to avoid suffering even more from this matter. But on the contrary, to sublimate it by extracting oneself from the restrictive matrix and its limiting illusions.
The more you continue to act, react, and behave as you did before, that is, before January 2025, the more you maintain yourself in outdated frequencies, subject to limiting matrix laws.
Here I am talking about straightening up, elevating yourself, as if your head was passing through a dome of gray clouds, and the sun flooded your entire head, as if you were reborn, your head emerging and allowing your body to follow. It is therefore first through a mental shift that your entire matter will follow and improve.

Fourth Challenge: Revaluation
We will assess all the subjects in the areas of our lives inherent to our current needs, but with a broader, more beautiful perspective, establishing and building peaceful durability.
This revaluation of ourselves, our worth, our capacities, casting a new, more considered view on ourselves, as well as revaluating a living space at home, a job, a relationship, an object, will evolve our perspective and the consideration that accompanies it.
But it goes even further. In the sense that the value we will give, or the lack thereof, will determine beginnings and ends, transformation and elevation, choices and decisions on these same areas of life to be revalued!
Thus, a strong material, conceptual, and spiritual progression will emerge from the second week of the month. And what about the third!
Many positive changes will result! We are putting our true worth at the center of our truth. This impacts our ways of working, our professional rates, the value of what we bring to others, our desire for what we want to bring to the world/others, and how we want to do it, our time, the quality of our relationships, taking care of ourselves, prioritizing ourselves, no longer enduring anything or anyone, etc.!

Fifth Challenge: Reconsideration that Elevates or Inconsideration that Lowers
This revaluation nourishes our reconsideration of ourselves, others, the things we do, live, etc., on both small and large scales.
Everything we can no longer tolerate crosses a point of no return! We will no longer be able to endure what no longer passes at all, and we will be ready to act to transform it.
Everything that was germinating in revaluation will, therefore, grow.
We truly experience a surprising elevation this May, making us grow. Gratitude.
However, all those who cannot manage this reconsideration, who are unable to act on it and live it, who do not know or do not want to know, etc., and worse, those who keep others in ignorance and perversity, will experience great anger, unmanageable violence, and a sort of revolt that will lead them into their own abysses.
Sixth Challenge: The Violence of the Deceitful
Thus, instead of going into this reconsideration that amplifies determination and respect for everything, those who face their own voids will perpetuate violent acts, both collectively and individually.
This will demonstrate their own chasms, confronting them with their deceitfulness, perversity, and mediocrity.
Numerous global dangers exist throughout the month. Peace will be truly difficult to establish in countries already at war, as Europe, in particular, does not wish for it.
Seventh Challenge: Not Abandoning One's Own Heart, Deep Desires, and Wishes
Melancholy, resignation, abandonment, and passivity will only lead to more significant difficulties later. Not listening to what one's heart wants will lead to great sorrow. And honestly, when one is at least somewhat conscious, it is no longer possible.
Even the ignorant suffer when they do not do what they must do, when they do not live what they must live. But unlike you, they do not know the reasons.
Eighth Challenge: The Whirling of Hearts
There will be strong questioning, adjustments, and the need for realignments regarding romantic relationships.
For singles, they must keep hope and clearly know what they want, so their wishes to meet someone good will come true.
For couples, careful consideration before committing or disengaging, repositioning, realigning, listening to oneself as much as the other. It is important to re-seduce each other.
And beware of scammers, trappers, toxic individuals, manipulators, and others of the same ilk! For when exposed, they revolt in their endless violence. And this month, their truths explode! Which is very positive! But hard to live through. Because these people like to take revenge when their profile is exposed (including on a global level) and their prey escapes. But beware! This also shows the healing in progress, the progression out of the karma of domination/submission, as well as personal assertion.
Thus, be strong, confident, and determined, remain true to your values, and they will sink on their own. Collapsing on themselves. (The same applies collectively).
Ninth Challenge: Facing Difficulties, Fatigue, and Releasing Relational Disappointments
Many will feel truly helpless, in the grip of strong torments, not really knowing how to get out or improve their situation. We will have to settle pending situations. Try to do your best, step by step. And you will progress!
Many memories or hidden, secret things will surface in our consciousness, and others will be revealed to the public. They mainly speak of our fears, hidden things that need to be revealed, past friendly and romantic disappointments, in this life or others, lies and betrayals, and a certain sorrow or trauma could be felt to be better understood and then released.
A certain fatigue is to be considered. Due to toxic chemical substances being too widely dispersed in multiple ways (GMOs, colorants, endocrine disruptors, pesticides, chemtrails, 5G, cognitive disturbances, lack of sunlight, etc., etc.), burdensome and worrying collective living conditions, stress, difficulty in reflection, little amusement and rejuvenation. A majority of people are suffering, too many live in wars and conflicts. It is more than time to restore true justice.
Tenth Challenge: Facing Oneself
We will be confronted with our responsibilities, our subconscious and unconscious, our tendency to sabotage ourselves, to create problems where we could avoid them. There are like tests to live here, to see if we have understood, if we have truly moved on, if we want to elevate ourselves, be loved, succeed in our affairs, heal, etc. It is crucial to resolve everything that needs to be, not to procrastinate, etc.
My advice to overcome the challenges:
Proceed step by step
Do not give in to fears if possible
Take charge of yourself, get moving!
Pray, meditate every day, and practice the teachings I have given to those who follow them.

My advice for karmic healing:
Asserting oneself involves respecting oneself. Respecting oneself leads to better behaviors and considerations. Better behaviors promote the tranquility of living and elevation. The tranquility of living and elevation lead to the cessation of suffering.
Gifts of the Month to Receive:
First Gift: The Liberating Soar
The butterfly has emerged from its chrysalis in April to take flight in May. Wings unfurl, strong karmic liberations and painful situations experienced; this month brings a liberating soar allowing for powerful healings we've been waiting for. Gratitude. This first gift is the guiding line of the month as it relates to all the healings that enabled it.
Second Gift: Desire for Peace and Friendship
Oh yes, we will need tranquility, peace, gentleness, and sincere sharing. Wishing to assemble with those who resemble us, we will seek quality over quantity, advancing together by helping each other to do good, and sometimes escaping from a burdensome solitude or an isolating constraint.
Friendships here are experienced as a helpful refuge, at service, with pleasure, to do good to oneself, do good to the other, support, divert, all with lightness and sincerity.
Third Gift: The Need for Calm and Gentleness
Accompanying peace and bringing peace, this deep need to live in tranquility, without stress, without worry, is like a quest, as our bodies endure the ravages of global energies and all their manipulations. We can no longer tolerate the slightest stress or annoyance, on the brink of burnout, depression, or sheer exhaustion! We need real change for viable and lasting solutions and, above all, benevolent ones for all.
Fourth Gift: Lightening the Material Load
It is necessary to organize as the energies strongly demand it, to lighten material constraints. Everything that is not useful daily, not easy to live with, not suitable for our well-being, or needed to perform certain tasks has no place in our wardrobes, closets, basements, attics, drawers, or overloaded mental spaces as energies move quickly. It is imperative to clear space to have a lightened mind suitable for the ultra-fast pace we live daily, due to high frequencies, rising further, and which, from Ascension Thursday, will progress even more.
Fifth Gift: Radiate!
The experience this May is to radiate, to dare to be one's light, one's truth. To speak, act, show oneself, learn to remain oneself in all circumstances, return to one's rightful path, progress further, and realize one's dreams!
Sixth Gift: Facing
We will face ourselves, others, situations, to resolve them, not to create conflicts. We will have the ability to fight against all kinds of opponents. However, we must understand that people have the right to have different opinions and lifestyles and that we must respect them, let them be, and advance at their own pace, without holding back, without slowing down for them either! Without creating unnecessary resistances.
Seventh Gift: Contemplation
We will cherish gentle moments, peace, refuge in ourselves and in nature, where contemplating life, its landscapes, its plumages, and flowers will make our hearts swoon with the emotion of having the chance to live. This meditation will inspire, elevate, and create a new sense of deep peace. We are deeply and enduringly freed from negativity that invaded, gnawed, hindered, put us in struggle and sacrifice.
Eighth Gift: A Real Deep Karmic Liberation
To be found in detail in the dedicated section, but it is so strong and important that I could not help but add it here, as we will experience the end of a heavy and hindering karma. Where we struggled, slogged, and bogged. Negativity leaves our lives, the toxic, the insalubrious, the hidden devourer. Little by little, throughout this month, the progression will finally seem evident. Finally revealed. We will realize it little by little, along the way. Thanks to all the efforts made, self-consideration, self-affirmation, celebration of life, and understandings lived in recent months.
Ninth Gift: Revelation and Self-Revealing
The reunions with ourselves initiated since April progress significantly here. We return to ourselves, our light, our strengths, our personal power, our sovereignty. The time is for the deep liberation of our true being. This rebirth since April, finally January... remember, establishes here in this month of MAY. And will progress throughout the month to experience a formidable expansion from summer!
The more we rise, the more we straighten up, the more we become the true beings of light that we are. But here, these are not just words; it is a reality.
Higher plans incarnate.
We increasingly embody our higher realities to be and vibrate fully WHO we truly are up there, higher, in the higher worlds.
Tenth Gift: Reflection in Revolutionary Shift
Undoubtedly in this contemplative meditation, in this calm refuge where we need to be and live, it is useful to have this thoughtful reflection, to better nourish ourselves then with what we truly need daily, essentially, to establish a new daily life, a whole new life within this one. As everything will be different. Environment, behavior, daily life, surroundings, relationships, way of working. This great cleaning we have been doing since January is coming to an end here. We let go, release, finish, a lot of burdens carried, mental load, resolving situations endured for too long, we truly move on to something else. And without knowing it yet, without perceiving it too much yet, it will all positively upheave, make us ascend properly. It is a personal shift taking place. A resolution of burdensome situations finally comes to an end.
Freedom is on its way...
Eleventh Gift: Consciousness Awakenings
And they will be numerous, powerful, strong, revealing, liberating, both personally and collectively, these revelations emerge suddenly, as if they surprise us. Suddenly we measure. We understand. We observe. We feel different. We live very concretely in a different way. And this at all levels, in all areas of our lives! And the observation surprises us, overwhelms us.
Twelfth Gift: Bravery and Organization
All this gives us even more courage, even more determination, because we finally see efforts being crowned with success! We observe our progress, our beautiful soar, and decide to live it fully! So in full flight, we let go of ballast, again and again. We redouble actions taken rightly, we organize more, we improve, we progress, we do not give up! Brave and courageous, we advance by establishing this new structure that is gradually and surely being put in place in our materiality for our mental, emotional, material safety, comfortable, lasting, soothing, and beneficent, ascensional par excellence.
We truly move on to something else! And do the best we can, for it.
Thirteenth Gift: Moving Forward!
We will move forward without being swayed! I place it in the gifts because here the notion of respect is vibrant with authenticity and understandings in lived karmic healings! There is a TRUE and Deep comprehension that works and progresses in total respect for oneself! What a powerful healing! We no longer react at all to past stimuli, which were the old suffering version of us. It's over! The healing is here! The new vision, version of us is here, and we affirm it, taking care and defending it.
Fourteenth Gift: Nobility and Lucidity to Succeed
Since we are in this shift in consciousness leading to a clear improvement, the nobility of being and the nobility of soul transcend into inner qualities that radiate through our actions and intentions. Being noble in spirit means living with integrity, compassion, and respect for others, regardless of the circumstances. It is a willingness to act with generosity and kindness, to listen with empathy, to serve as a pillar, a support, for those around us with an ability to forgive, to love unconditionally, or, in any case, without judgments! And that will already be enormous. A need to seek truth and justice, to act according to one's values, even when it sometimes requires personal sacrifices. It also involves recognizing the inherent dignity of every human being, treating everyone with fairness, and contributing positively to the community. It is a greatness of spirit, striving for moral excellence, and leaving a legacy of kindness and integrity. It is a perpetual quest for personal and spiritual growth, where true wealth is measured by the positive impact one has on the world.
This month, by acting in this way, with this high morality with oneself and others as best as one can, by doing one's best for it, we will experience significant, radical, liberating progress once again, but above all bringing about successes that will lead to exponential progress from summer.
Fifteenth Gift: Enrichment!
Whether spiritually, materially, financially, professionally, "interpersonally," we will experience a deserved success that beautifies daily life!
Sixteenth Gift: At the Top of Our Tower
Independent, reserved, almost impenetrable, but friendly, slightly solitary, and still distant with others or especially with one's own difficulties or those of the collective; to remain in peace, to preserve oneself, to better advance as well, using one's intelligence, reliability, and courage, being at the top of our inner tower will bring success and stable finances. Paradoxically, we will need to travel, fly away, discover elsewhere and otherwise, to breathe deeply. Then return renewed. Changed. Transformed.
Seventeenth Gift: Success!
This contemplative, upright, and generous posture promotes success in and through peace. We are very attracted to the beauties of nature and driven by lofty ideals. All this inspires us and makes us progress. It nourishes us with positivity.
Eighteenth Gift: Determination for Just Balance
We will overcome obstacles with a real need for justice and will seek the appreciation of the right effort to make, while offering ourselves rest, or rather self-respect once again here, which allows balance to emerge. We will rebalance the areas of our lives that need it, while preserving ourselves, without sacrifices. Here, once again, we see the positive impact of the revaluation we demonstrate with and for ourselves, for our comfort of life. The Path of the Just progresses greatly.
Nineteenth Gift: Relational Values
What gifts in this month of May! An anagram of friend... And yes, this month our relationships are favored to be shared and embellished. We ask for help or receive it humbly and respectfully, measuring the luck we have to have people to rely on. The aspects here strongly emphasize quality rather than quantity. All our relationships are honored, advocating fairness and consideration, sincerity, and commitment. We need listening and support, but also to live loving, filial feelings. We will seek throughout the month, loyal values in all our relationships.
The lukewarm, dull, false, toxic, self-interested or obsolete relationship has no place around us.
Family relations in the spotlight all month.
Twentieth Gift: Alchemy and Opening of Possibilities
We embark this month on a revelation of ourselves and our luminous strengths quite substantial! This will be accompanied by transmutations of behavioral patterns (the aforementioned shift in consciousness) and a progressing new paradigm. Guidance Day by Day for the Month of MAY 2025:
Guidance for the Week of May 1 to 4:
1: A whole new and beautiful frequency emerges and will spread throughout this rich May, full of reconnections, reunions with soul links, regained pleasures and joys, and challenges to overcome! Many revelations, whether global or personal, will awaken or confirm us, and just as many memories, remembrances, and other dimensional realities will excite us and/or come to settle buried pasts. There's no room for boredom this month as the acceleration will be felt! With healings of our behaviors, explosions of our unnecessary limitations, and successes to be achieved certainly by overcoming fears and lethargy, but we will be so proud of ourselves afterward. And then a certain flavor of renewal and freedom might just peek through! And on this May 1st, why not revalue our work, consider it, see all the efforts we make for it, and enjoy. Moreover, this month, magnificent divine energies will call us as much as they will propel us towards ourselves in a renewed free faith. Miraculous manifestations will occur.
2: Since last night, a surge of memories surfaces. Memories of other lives, of this one, what must return returns, what must be shown is shown, what must be understood is understood. Upheaval, sensitive emotion, but also so many healings await us! The power of May is triggered. This day there is a clear acceleration. Since last night even. An alternating feeling of floating where we deeply question existence, what we lack, and the essentials we need; and a total gratitude for being alive and the experiences lived. But there is also a point of no return. Not only is a huge milestone being crossed on many levels and dimensions, and a certainty of moving on to something else. Of no longer being quite the same person but becoming the one we have always been without daring too much, wanting, showing, being. This month of Ascension par excellence will reveal us even more, propel us towards ourselves, towards the divine infinity, towards universal consciousness, and what lies beyond the veils of realities and illusions of reality. It is therefore a day that boosts and reboots, allows defining once again - I know we never stop - what we want and what we no longer want. There is a redistribution, reorganization, to be done financially, professionally, administratively. Keep a commitment or commit to. Contribute to an improvement in our habitat. Discover even more our extrasensory abilities. And then have faith in! Oh yes, have faith, for evidence is there. Open your eyes, heart.

4: A Sunday where ideals, lacks, and needs, frustrations, and "fed up" collide; where global news demonstrates the absurdity of this declining world and where we'd like to take refuge elsewhere where everything is better, good, and beautiful. A Sunday where heart values and sharing do good. A place of sovereignty opens and operates as we escape daily life through a beautiful getaway, loving arms, reassuring smiles, or a teaching that teaches truth. A Sunday with a need for height, inner calm, sincerity, and light. A Sunday that no longer makes you want to fight for the truth, but for it to settle and reign. A Sunday where family, friendly refuge, regained values are ideal. A Sunday to play in the rain to find some innocence and lightness. A Sunday to savor what is rather than what has been. And let paper birds fly away. And yet, without noise, a growing and beautiful strength blossoms. Awakening wounded hearts, repairing the sacred damaged and renewed hopes. A Sunday then, where breathing and contemplating can change everything. Where letting oneself receive this new strength like a dawn allows finding oneself, revealing oneself, and so much more.
Guidance for the Week of May 5 to 11:
5: How about a little acceleration, tension, pressure with a feeling of not having time, even though you'd like to stay chill and slow flow? It's Monday already... and you can feel that the week is going to be rich. Today takes us into the realization of changes made in recent months. But it shows the adjustments and progress needed to be fully in tune with the desired renewal. Organization, sorting again, decision-making, rigor, almost implacable, stress too, and impatience will manifest in the physical body, swelling perhaps? Indeed! As we can no longer tolerate the slightest annoyance or difficulty. We so need fluidity, coolness, ease. Yet, it is not a negative day, far from it, as it demonstrates our progression. Our wishes come true, and we adjust better and better, our real needs and choices, returning to ourselves and the essentials. To our total truth. Ascension in progress without really realizing it because frustrations are too present? There is some of that, yes. Because dissatisfaction is still strong. We so need a peaceful revolution, but a collective revolution to improve and change so much, but so much functioning and improve everything or almost everything according to the resident countries. Change everything without destroying everything, without letting it collapse, the collective doesn’t seem to want it, or remains too ignorant, certainly kept in ignorance. Humans rarely change radically until confronted with the worst situation, and worse, don't even see it coming. So you, who are warned, who know, feel, read the guidances, feel, explore and initiate the change you wish to live, put it in place before the collective suffers it. 6: Let's get motivated! We seek calm and peace, take a deep breath, and try to forget the world's woes, stress, pressure, tension, and other fatigue or disharmony. And we stay positive! And then everything changes! The inner positioning allows us to move forward and find meaning and depth that does us good. The veil of illusions lifts and with it the visceral need for true and sincere exchanges in everything and for everything. Awareness, paradigm shift in progress, what seemed pleasant becomes futile, what was intolerable becomes violent. Sensitivity increases and the need to see a new world rise, an excessive impatience. This day also insists on putting things back in order, in place, an elaborate structure allowing elevation, and... finding peace. Actions to be taken with determination. Yet the need to breathe is enormous.
7: We certainly felt the intensity of this formidable week on many points, and global conflicts demonstrate it. It is up to us, therefore, to remain vigilant, confident, serene, pillars of light and peace, as it is so needed. It is up to us to remain dignified by letting ourselves be lulled by love, focused on our projects, guided by the soul and heart beating in unison to bring us to succeed and be. It is up to us to enter into great consciousness and inner positioning where truth and righteousness reign, faith, calm, universal breathing connecting us to the Whole. 9: A resurgence of energy, a powerful multidimensional liberation, a return to oneself, to the Self, to its Divine parts that elevate and do good in the beingness that reveals itself. We are inspired, we create, we dare, we say, we do, we advance, we build, we reveal, reveal ourselves, straighten up, we finish, we complete, we achieve, to better begin, and set off renewed towards new behaviors, mental mood, and horizons!
10: Ahh this powerful month of May... after a week challenging us to accomplish the right actions by being aligned with our truth, in a whirlwind mixing wonders of advancement and tensions to accomplish everything, this day marks the favorable turning point, phew..., towards our elevation. Yes, we are changing, evolving, progressing. Returning to oneself also requires discernment, self-affirmation, and recognition. Finding light in the dark to walk in peace. There is therefore a turning point to live today. A fundamental respect to give oneself like a ray of light piercing rain-laden clouds. A lightning bolt bringing a clearing. A clearing that lasts because it installs another vision of oneself, for oneself, of one's life, of one's daily considerations to evolve all its domains: relational, professional, family, well-being, spiritual even. To again be better, to again rise, to again question and reconsider. To grow again, hope, incarnate, and bring to life Who and What We Truly Are beyond the human aspect in us. Quite human and Divine in us. Divinely. There is again, yes I know it doesn't stop, and it won't stop immediately I might as well tell you..., to reposition oneself in this new state of being. It is not yet a new frequency but it is coming next week 😉, but a new state of mind, a new mood of behavior, to offer oneself this feeling of new life while living well in this one! This day will therefore make you vibrate this new possibility within you. Bring it to you. Offer it to you. Because you are ready. Because you deeply wish for it. Because you need it! Because your actions are coherent to live it.
11: New mood of behavior, reset, reboot, reset of belief systems, this day favors a renewal of our attitudes and modes of thinking. The progression is significant and can destabilize as we feel more and more out of sync with reality, seeing beyond, feeling beyond, and feeling totally apart from global events... and so much the better, let's not take part.
Guidance for the Week of May 12th to 18th:
A strong week ahead, where supportive friendships or professional relationships are at the center of our attention. Indeed, it's important to surround ourselves well to receive the right and necessary help to establish what we must and move forward with ongoing files or projects serenely. And being able to rely on competent and sincere people is beneficial.
Numerous energies of revelations at all levels will raise controversies, scandals, corruption, tensions, dissatisfaction, weariness, anger, and demands. Some will indulge in violence, jealousy, and malice, always ready to make a bad move, while others, fortunately, much more intelligent and honest, will step aside to extract and preserve themselves, sparing themselves many woes and ultimately doing more to transform this world in this way, rather than feeding it with confrontations.
Despite all this, we will have the courage, strength, and determination to successfully complete this week, which requires us to focus on our business, not to mix everything up, not to go too fast even if the pace is ultra-fast, and to clearly establish everything we want. Success is at the end of the week. It demands rightly conducted efforts and a well-deserved rest!
The need for freedom, for a breath of fresh air, will carry us and give us the strength and will to end our limiting beliefs, keeping us in difficulty. It's intense, it creates this sense of urgency to be up to date, in place, because we feel this turning point happening. We close files opened for at least the last 6 months; We discard the last resistances to change to evolve and better embody our solar, true, unique, authentic, and sacred personality.
For yes, life is sacred. Divine. The very expression of its majesty. Now it's our turn to express it greatly by moving totally to something else. By going into our deep light, ascending all parts of us in lack of love, to radiate and give birth to the New Earth. This New Consciousness that is moving into an emergence of a New Paradigm for a much more humane humanity. So yes, not everyone is ready for that. But it's not your problem or responsibility. Here, you have to be you, the one who feels different, out of systems, out of sync, from another time, another place, and not even from this planet! Because you came to seed this world with your light and knowledge. Thus, soul missions will redouble in calls. So don't mourn the old. Welcome the new. Produce it. Don't be sad for all those who can't handle this ongoing love ascension frequency. They will join you when they are ready. It is up to you to move forward and be you absolutely, now.
13: We continue the progression of our revolution of beliefs and behavioral changes by no longer tolerating what we imposed on ourselves to live due to lack of self-consideration, guilt, underestimation, of having to earn what is actually so normal! This day emphasizes the changes we want. Ending what is burdensome for us in our lives. Revelations rain down. And we also discover various aspects of our multidimensions and awakened reality. Everything is discovered. And especially our manifested light.
And while we are still and still resolving long and burdensome situations, clarifying, finishing, drawing a line on the past, administering paperwork, breaking with old toxic relationships, organizing, sorting, surprises, luck, novelty, positive encounters arrive! Yay!

15: Learning to self-manage, to implement a new professional strategy. Being more in place, better structured. Because this new frequency of the New Paradigm progression pushes us to evolve and still, yes, I know, change and transform our material. You probably feel like I'm repeating myself but frankly what else to say! As everything constantly leads us to evolve. Here, the impulse is to bring very concretely into matter, the changes inherent to our elevations. We come out of limitations, so why continue to live them materially in our daily life?? It makes no sense. Tensions - completion - closure - overcoming conditioning and limiting beliefs - breaking chains - regaining freedom - undertaking - hoping - having faith - stepping out of comfort zone - organizing - implementing - progression - new structures - talent to reveal and utilize - expressing oneself - creating - establishing by restoring.
Intense tensions at the beginning of the week due to manipulations of negative energies and high vibrations that many people find difficult to integrate, as they require a fierce will to let go of the past, stop rehashing it, break free from erroneous conditioning and basely human behaviors, because it is time to evolve. Most importantly, we will face our limitations and the unbearable frustrations they bring. The ascending progression of this intense May reveals many torments and considerations that we must truly shed as much as possible. Therefore, the week will again be dense and enriching, yet equally demanding and exhausting, requiring real self-effort to master emotions, manage stress, and do what we usually avoid.
Nevertheless, despite the vile pettiness of the jealous and treacherous, who press on our wounds of injustice, humiliation, and rejection, as well as on our guilt for fully allowing ourselves to succeed even if it displeases them because it confronts them with their own shortcomings, we will manage to cross our personal Rubicon to advance and evolve significantly! This negativity, jealousy, etc., will actually give us the momentum to put an end to what was holding us back, slowing us down, preventing us. Like a powerful weariness, the week is geared towards new enthusiasm to optimize our resources and finally enjoy the life we want to lead.
This renewal, restart, realignment on the right path; this reunification that will be required of us all week; this reprioritization of ourselves in all areas of our lives to regain balance; this revaluation of what is dear to us and recommended by our joy and soul to be well; this thirst for knowledge that elevates, for an improved daily life, for a modified reality becoming conducive to improvement in all aspects of our lives, is here! Yes, everything changes and evolves quickly.
And we are still wasting time with those who criticize, envy, slander, and we are still sorting, organizing as our matter must evolve for real. As if everything is pushing us towards a radical change! Change, evolve, remake our choices, and start over the following week, because everything is in constant motion, and integrations happen quickly, very quickly. Because this week wants to make us grow, put us back on the right path, restore us. So it points out our dysfunctions.
But just as much on our talents to explore, and our limitations to explode!
For this, it is up to us to be generous, organized, proud, decisive, courageous, conscious, discerning, learning, thoughtful, open, using our capabilities, leaving us no choice but to succeed, just, keeping faith. A great and beautiful faith. Vibrant, it will lead us to the top.
Yes, our karma shows itself this week. Yes, it speaks of overcoming what usually holds us back. Yes, it urges us to reclaim our Personal Power, to go fully and spread it.
We need to regain our freedoms, the flavor of living, deep and peaceful breathing, where we finally feel security, or the nervous release, pain, that we greatly need. May 22nd: It's day and night! Everything changes, transforms quickly, revisits the past or something to be resolved with great speed, and at the same time, we advance so much! The transformation on this day is powerfully revealing. Big change on this day. Globally, solutions are found for some conflicts while others double down on ignominy.
May 24th: It's time to make choices.

This week, we will juggle with time, laws/administrative tasks, and numerous things to stay in harmony and succeed, thanks to our talents being highlighted. All this renders us a bit impatient, nervous, and unstable, so we will need to double our efforts to succeed in this final stretch of this transformative month!
The search for balance above all, being observant, patient, and faithful workers, we will proceed by staying true to our values and moral principles, with a need for Sacred Union, both feminine/masculine/divine, to meet or experience a beautiful sacred soul connection, and equally succeed in our urgent projects at hand.
Deadlines are approaching. They need to be completed, surpassed, resolved once more. This theme is clearly present at the end of May, with an urgency to finally complete the ongoing files pending for months.
From June, a completely new energy will be in place. A lightening. Therefore, this week, we finish resolving, so to speak, what needs to be done, to enter the new energies of June and establish what needs to be established.
This week, a true need for autonomy, to reflect using our feminine and masculine values harmoniously in balance, to embody our divine values and feel completely well and aligned, will be paramount.
There is a significant notion of being honest with oneself, regarding one's level of competence. Or facing the truth. And allowing oneself to learn, to study, to progress serenely. This will allow the acceptance of receiving benevolent external help.
Fatigue will still be significant. Taking care of the body, health, rest, and personal well-being time will be necessary.
Fortunately, our efforts will be rewarded, and successes are at the end of the road! Beautiful aids and protections will also be present. The divine forces push us to move forward and rise, by resolving what needs to be resolved in our material world to cleanse a burdensome situation. Beautiful healings and liberations from situations are to be obtained.
The liberation from the saboteur, of self-sabotage, still plays its vital role here to help us resolve, surpass, and solve what needs to be!
For everything close to our hearts this week, we will be somewhat like warriors. Ready to defend, to value, to express, to embark on a new adventure, to move forward. We undertake. We implement new strategies.
However, the notions of beauty to preserve, sensuality to explore, wisdom to express are maintained. As in an exaltation of abundant energies to make us feel alive!
We will add a touch of bravery, self-overcoming or overcoming fears, and we will find personal satisfaction in our own actions. This will nurture a new self-esteem, more considerate.
