January and the Necessary Introspection for Renewal and a Powerful New Beginning…
January is one of those key months where we seeds, co-create with the Universe, and the reality we want to live throughout the year.
Here more than ever, January is important, formidable, transformative. It is uplifting, ascendant, marking a considerable turning point in our collective and personal evolution. It shows the trends for the coming year, and what a rich, intense, and ascendant year it will be.
Very transformative, January reveals and demonstrates everything that is imperative to evolve in our lives and societies in order to move forward and be better.
It is swift, brimming with ideas, and innovative.
It is also brilliant, exhilarating.
It brings us back to ourselves, to the self, to the "I," prioritizing it, to establish a comprehensive political and social overhaul.
January promises to be powerful, as this year will be a powerful, spiritual, and mystical one that will inaugurate so many beneficial renewals. But to implement these, we will need to accept the elevation of frequencies, the love given, and the inherent change that comes with this exponential ascent throughout the year.
So truly, embrace the transformation; the mutation of December 2024 was just an appetizer. Here, it will unfold all its flavors in the rich menu month after month of 2025!!
But you know what?
You are ready for it.
And it is necessary, anyway. We all need it, and this powerful renewal, guided by the Divine, will elevate us. So much gratitude. We are finally moving on to something else! A great liberation will follow. January marks the beginning.

⚠️ MONTHLY ADVICE: January is a hyper-important month where you must pay attention to the work to be done, stay organized, and produce what needs to be in place by March. Sometimes it will be really tough, even impossible, as you may struggle against intense fatigue and/or overwhelming emotions. If it becomes too difficult, alternate between rest and activity, take the time to integrate these high and rapid energies without guilt, then return to your tasks when you are more able to accomplish them. In the end, you won’t have wasted your time and will have taken care of yourself.
Lunar Guidance:
From the 1st to around the 15th, we focus on ourselves, prioritize ourselves, reflect, and almost isolate ourselves, or at least remain inward. This is very, very useful, even important, and decisive. We take a concrete, valuable, and effective inventory of the positives and negatives experienced.
Starting from the 13th, we take action, initiate, implement, decide, balance, and speak or learn truths. It’s rigorous, drastic, and no-nonsense; it's so liberating and effective!

First Quarter from the 7th to the 12th:
The Moon in Aries during this period brings dynamic and bold energy. It encourages initiative, risk-taking, and self-assertion. It’s an ideal time to start new projects or make important decisions. You may feel a strong impulse to act and move forward with your plans. It enhances the need for autonomy and freedom. Emotions can be intense and demand personal affirmation. We cut through, decide, and move forward; we do not tolerate disrespect. There is a sense of inflexibility in the air, also with ourselves. We dare to claim our sovereignty and embrace it, boosted by planetary aspects. We emerge changed, grown, ready to succeed and experience new and beautiful adventures! So let’s go!
Full Moon from the 13th to the 20th:
In Cancer, this is once again a moment of emotional introspection and connection with our sincere and deep inner needs. We take our time, prioritize ourselves, and it feels good as we sense that this return to self is beneficial and essential. This moon explores themes of family, home, and our relationships. In the midst of a crisis or searching for identity—how to present ourselves, what to say, how to act—we seek to renew ourselves to better align with our genuine needs and desires. It’s a favorable moment to reflect on who we are and how we wish to assert ourselves. However, starting from the 16th, we shift to action.
Last Quarter from the 21st to the 28th:
A surprising period, sometimes difficult, filled with frustration, reflection, reevaluation, and adjustment. The overall climate is tense and very intense in political and social realms. As I write these lines on January 6th, I sense a strong possibility of danger, conflicts, and wars in several countries for the collective, with revelations coming to light that shake everything up, but they finally bring long-awaited, salvific truths. There will be further challenges against Trump or desperate last-minute acts from his opponents.
On a personal level, emotions are vivid, and communication is not the easiest. There may be external pressure, an obligation that feels unsuitable. It will be crucial to find a way to reconcile duty and the need for personal fulfillment. However, innovation and creativity can provide new and original ideas during this period. Solutions to persistent problems will emerge. And against all odds, there is also a wave of optimism and expansion that will be favorable for broadening our horizons, whether personally or professionally. Take advantage of this energy to take calculated risks and engage in projects that excite you.
New Moon from the 28th to February 4th:
There is a strong energy of transformation and renewal. It’s an ideal moment to explore the depths of your psyche and release what no longer serves you. We will have found clear intentions and strong motivation to start new projects. This is an excellent time to embark on ambitious endeavors, as Jupiter’s energy favors growth, luck, and prosperity. We open ourselves to new horizons and consider new opportunities. Communication and intellect are favored, making it a good time to explore new ideas, learn, and share our fresh insights. Information exchange and communication become interesting, or we find an interlocutor who understands and enriches us equally. We may begin to feel less alone and want to open up to a new relationship; self-care is still present, but more or less as refuge, in sharing, and in openness. This period is favorable for freeing ourselves from old patterns and facing inner truths. Moreover, the collective continues its momentum following the events of the previous lunar cycle.
The Challenges of the Month to Overcome:
First Challenge: Political and Social OverhaulTensions, conflicts, political reshuffles in several countries; there is a detonation that allows for enormous renewal and great surprises in the media, political, artistic, and cultural worlds, as the revelations are vast and provoke an unprecedented tidal wave.
Second Challenge: RevelationsTruths are beginning to emerge on a large scale and spreading rapidly to awaken the asleep and the ignorant. It’s going to shake things up and hurt; many won’t believe it, and yet… could conspiracy theorists finally have their revenge after so many insults and humiliations? Throughout the year, and building up, we will move from revelations to truths that will shake everything, gradually stripping away illusions to reveal the ignoble nature of some humans (but are they?).
Third Challenge: Tensions, Conflicts, ViolenceIn this “hostile” climate, and so beautiful in its elevation, we must still be vigilant against detractors, manipulators, evil-doers, and those who stoke hatred and spread it, troublemakers, the violent, and the weak who cannot bear the success of others, the jealous, and the hateful. Violence will be strong, and it is so absurd and stupid to still experience this in 2025!
Fourth Challenge: Living TogetherThis is one of the major themes of 2025, and it will be put to the test:
On one hand, there is an imperative need to establish healthy boundaries of self-respect as well as respect for others, which is part of the learning process and the logical continuation of teachings: freeing ourselves from the saboteur, accepting our power, and ending the karma of domination/submission in all our relationships, where we must reposition ourselves differently. The “living together” must be improved to find security, sharing, and kindness.
On the other hand, there is a growing frustration with an obsolete society in its behaviors, with totalitarian drifts on one side and dark attitudes of intellectual and behavioral degeneration, ultra-violence, where it becomes difficult to find common values, as humanity is losing itself and everything is designed to make it lose its way.
At the same time, it is crucial to maintain a concept of tolerance, welcome, altruism, and ultra-importance of kindness—themes that must be preserved to bring back a dignified and respectful society. There is a need for a reworking of social systems to regain just and balanced living together, respectful and kind. There is also a notion of the sovereignty of countries that needs to be re-evaluated.
Fifth Challenge: SaturationIt is enormous. It touches so many areas. We come back again to the socio-political, which will be a strong theme throughout the year, as it must undergo a total overhaul to restore freedom, social, economic, intellectual, and behavioral values, as well as identity in a sense for different nations. This saturation is also felt emotionally, in facing oneself, in work, and with others. There is a heaviness of solitude that is both burdensome and necessary in January. Sometimes troubling.
Sixth Challenge: FatigueYes, as the energies are strong, the saturation is also high, and there is a need for meaning in life, for common sense, and for values to be rediscovered. Societies in many countries are on the brink of implosion as everyone is struggling in their own way, depending on their experiences, but still…
Moreover, we are tired of feeling this moral and physical fatigue, which is unfortunately induced by the overuse of additives, colorants, junk food, etc., and endocrine disruptors that have repercussions on cognitive systems, but also on the proliferation of parasites that poison us. Blame it on 5G, induced waves, manipulations galore, and the fact of allowing ourselves to be overwhelmed by the intolerable. This has significant repercussions on our mental and physical health:
Endocrine disruptors can mimic or block natural hormones, thus disrupting normal physiological processes. For example, hormones like estrogen and androgens play a crucial role in brain development and cognitive function. Disruption of these hormones can affect learning, memory, and behavior. Studies have shown that children exposed to high levels of endocrine disruptors exhibit cognitive deficits, attention problems, and behavioral disorders. This is increasingly evident in educational and social environments. All of this leads to inflammatory responses and oxidative stress that can impair neuronal function and harm learning and memory processes, even causing structural changes in the brain.
Consequences for the Masses:Decrease in Cognitive Intelligence: If a significant portion of the population is exposed to high levels of endocrine disruptors, it can lead to a generalized decline in cognitive abilities, and we are witnessing the current drop in IQ. This could manifest as difficulties in decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
Increase in Inattention: Endocrine disruptors can contribute to attention problems, making individuals more susceptible to distractions from external stimuli (social media does not help and reinforces these instant hormonal reward systems that allow one to scroll for hours without living and taking care of themselves), which can affect the ability to concentrate on important tasks.
Normalization of Behaviors: As the effects of endocrine disruptors become widespread, behaviors such as passivity or conformity become more frequent. This can reduce the ability to question narratives, maintain a disadvantageous status quo, lose healthy reference points, and struggle to engage in collective actions.
Repercussions on Society as a Whole: Rising perversion, loss of healthy values of boundaries and reflection, a sharp decline in educational competencies, impacted mental health, increased childhood depression, loss of meaning—not procrastination but a decay of will as it is manipulated, rising violence and normalized deviance, decreased immunity, increased inflammatory diseases, lowered IQ, difficulty in forming attachments, facilitated isolation, mental fog, and a constant feeling of harassment.
Seventh Challenge: SheddingShedding burdens, the unnecessary, the painful past, and everything that weighs us down, including relationships, especially toxic ones. It’s moving and feels good! Our incisiveness becomes formidable and effective!
Eighth Challenge: No More Time to WasteIn everything, for everything. And anyway, the energies are so fast that we can no longer afford to waste time. We head straight to the essentials!
Both in challenges and gifts, it seeks the acceptance of moving forward and letting go (7 and 8).
Ninth Challenge: Staying the Course, Integrity, OptimismDue to intense energies, strong transformative elevation, saturation, frustration, and fatigue, do not get discouraged; maintain the necessary focus. Some days could be challenging. Remember the sixth challenge and discern what belongs to you and what does not. Purify yourself in the way that suits you best.
Challenge 2 may also bring about a loss of reference points, leading many to lose trust in nothing… or no one… This will be temporary (even if it can trigger a lot of violence and a strong disgust because the loss of illusions will be hard and numerous—adoration of celebrities, political trust). They will merit turning people toward more authenticity, free faith without dogmas, values to uphold, and nurturing genuine and privileged relationships.
Tenth Challenge: Fear, Disgust, Pain, Strong FrustrationIn the face of so much violence, anger, frustration, saturation, loss of healthy values in our societies, losses in general, many bereavements and separations, emotions will be intense, and many will feel trapped, depressed, and understandably so.
Too many will silently cry for help. Without it being visible, and yet they are calling out.
If this is your case, hold on! Divine presences, Christ-like in nature, are here and acting. Everything will change this year, everything. Courage! Your life is restructuring to improve. So, let go of all that is obsolete, and change to evolve. Do not refuse this mutation; it is both beneficial and formidable, but beneficial. Consider the many changes as opportunities to renew and evolve!
Eleventh Challenge: Accepting Change!I truly insist, do not even attempt to refuse this ascending wave; on the contrary, fully embrace it!
It is wonderfully transformative with love.
Twelfth Challenge: Focus, Gather Your Strengths and IdeasThis is very important throughout the month. Return to yourself, your needs, reflect to gain clarity, discern, meditate, to move forward effectively, build well, and reconnect with your own strengths. Thoughts may be numerous and sometimes scatter in all directions. We need to gather ourselves, unify, and reconnect with ourselves, maintaining strong introspection throughout January.
Thirteenth Challenge: DelicacyThe most sensitive will be even more so, vulnerable, fragile, and will have a great need for delicacy and softness. The retreat into oneself, the need for sincerity and authenticity that pushes us to be ourselves, also reveals the degree of purity and innocence we possess, and we may find ourselves needing virginal light, even in our behaviors. We can no longer pretend or go along with things just because we’ve always done so. And we no longer want to at all. This delicacy of living, this wild romanticism, this chivalrous need to be loved and to love in return, this need to be ourselves completely and eternally may tear us apart, abrade us, and help us grow all at once.
Everything is being restored to its rightful order, so of course, it’s going to shake things up!
My Advice for Overcoming the Challenges: Release your emotions and move forward by alternating rest and action. Consider a completely new direction to take. Do things differently

Karmic Energies of the Month:
First Karmic Release: GriefThere are many separations and losses, with numerous karmic influences resonating here, including in the realm of health.
It is also essential to accept the inevitable shedding recommended in both challenges and gifts. We have been undergoing exponential transformation since December 2024, and this will continue until 2026! It is our responsibility to let go, to sort through, to organize, and to say a great GOODBYE to all the painful past! We break with the old version of ourselves, the past, the people from our past, the old, the unnecessary, and the obsolete.
Second Karmic Release: Defending YourselfAnd/or defending your interests. No longer being subjected, using your strength and power, but be careful not to resort to violence either. Mastering one’s instincts is recommended for some.

My Advice for Karmic Healing: On certain days, the “resurfacing” of old memories will be so strong that it may fatigue us; we might feel physical pain or experience surprising emotions suddenly, etc. Whenever you sense a heavy feeling, take the time to release what presents itself to you energetically. Otherwise, remain in your heart, sending lots of love to the pain, the problem, etc.

The energies will be so rapid and intense, the speed at which we integrate, change, evolve, desire something, no longer want it, adapt it, refine it, obtain it, or not at all when it’s not right, aligned, or completely in harmony, even though we truly want it or really need it. All of this will happen so quickly every day that, well… fatigue is on the horizon! And knowing that this is the new vibrational norm… uh… mandatory naps!
Ninth Gift: AscensionThis gift will be present every month throughout the year! What an immense gift. You will see, we will no longer be the same in January as we were in December 2025, and for our greater good!
This month’s ascension establishes a high level of consciousness, a new vibration, the powerful new frequency of the 6th dimension: Superior Love. I have been teaching and preparing you for this since 2016. Here, we have arrived.
It is here, placed, radiant, for all lives on Earth.

Guidance for the Week of January 1 to 5
1: It starts strong, and the entire week will be just as powerful. Strong solar and earthly frequencies, increased awareness, openings, fatigue, and heightened responsibilities face to face with oneself! A powerful new beginning is taking shape. There’s a strong desire to advance and live new adventures! We share, rest, create, work, and take care of ourselves!
And then tonight... I can tell you in advance, a little boost of energy in the mood of 2025 will be given!
2: We’re starting the year off strong, aren’t we!? Ahh, it vibrates, pulses, and dances all night long as the solar disco ball showers us with its rays of love! And we love it. Transformations guaranteed in the ascension of consciousness. The Divine sphere welcomes us, and we take advantage of this to break through our unnecessary limitations and open up to new possibilities! A necessary assessment at the end and beginning of the year is required for better co-creation and to take the right direction. It’s a bit like writing a letter to Santa Claus where our wishes will come true all year long! So let’s go! This morning, we dream because by dreaming, we achieve.
Starting tomorrow, a whole new and very strong energy of ascension and consciousness progression will kick in. We are about to fully enter the new vibrations of 2025! 4: The strong energy from the 3rd continues and progresses. It brings us back to our wishes for the year. What we want to experience, how we would like to feel better, have, and progress. So, until the morning of the 6th, it allows us to advance, resolve, sort through, discard, organize, leave behind, finish, update, heal old memories or past lives, know, be determined, and greatly enhance our capacities for higher consciousness as well as our extra-sensory gifts. But most importantly, it helps us plan to some extent, to seed and co-create our year. So yes, it’s an important day to get established in the new energies of 2025. Therefore, it’s time to “inspect” desires and needs. To express them in the form of wishes as well as firm decisions to be made. To act concretely in the material world to place what needs to be placed while elevating ourselves sufficiently in the high divine spheres to recover noble parts of ourselves and update the necessary adjustments for our developments! The entire day could vibrate us as events and the sensation of rapidity press us. But it’s more a feeling of needing to be in place in many respects until we find the what-how-where! That will put us under a little pressure, very multidimensional in mood, and it’s up to you to know which! The high frequencies of ascension deployed over the past week favor this transition to experience an entirely different paradigm and change in everything. For everything. The acceleration of time is palpable. We vibrate at a completely different frequency in elevated consciousness and behavior. Therefore, the more sensitive among you will feel this dissonance with others even more, sometimes wishing to leave countries, regions, and meet new people, as the elsewhere calls, vibrating more harmoniously with oneself. The deep need to be in total coherence within oneself and to live it externally in daily life has become one. Consequently, the external change will come because it is created and is the only solution to regain a joyful and beautiful harmony.

It’s ramping up strongly, rising, shaking, cutting through; Destiny strikes, and the collective changes! January’s acceleration takes off!
Significant political changes, upcoming revolts, transcendence—January shows us the intensity of the year to come!
And it’s going very, very fast.
There’s an immense need for freedom, to do what we want, and an unprecedented return to prioritizing oneself is emerging!
All accumulated saturations and frustrations burst forth.
They allow for the establishment of a new order of priorities and the execution of necessary tasks one by one to satisfy our need to advance and renew ourselves.
We make firm decisions. We no longer let things slide. We tolerate very little. We don’t take the long way around anymore; it didn’t work before, so now we do things differently—completely differently—and it works! And we move forward! We resolve everything that needs to be resolved to lighten our load as much as possible. The repositioning is immense and so liberating!
Strong revelations and important karmic releases occur this week and the next.
We open ourselves to new possibilities, and there are many! We will do everything to experience them by shedding the old, finished, and useless.
We will witness many "turncoats" in a big way!!! And we’re going to have a good laugh! In all domains: spiritual, political, social, artistic, health, international, some media, and a few journalists—though that will grow! LAUGHTER IN THE CORNERS will be facilitated! This aspect will also be one of the recurring themes of the year! The revenge of the conspiracy theorists?! Or those who see clearly, at least question, and understand before others?
The need for elsewhere and otherwise strengthens further, and by the end of the week or the beginning of next week, we might make a radical, firm, and definitive decision that will revolutionize our year, even our lives.
On a karmic level: either we resign ourselves and follow the movement like good sheep, or we create the movement!
In any case, we will not let ourselves be pushed around… it’s useful to defend ourselves and promote beneficial change for everything that needs changing within ourselves and in our daily lives. However, it is unnecessary and dangerous, given the aspects, to resort to anger, and worse, violence, as far too many will do. Too much collective tension is rising. There are those that are useful and beautiful, but there are also violent, horrible, and useless ones, except to create sufficient indignation to revolutionize societies and their repressive politics… but almost exclusively against the kind and the weak.

Dangers for conflict-ridden countries and increasing community insecurities, possible attacks, rising armed conflicts, as well as diplomatic troubles that could lead to overwhelming and dangerous situations amid violent disrespect.

7: What a beautiful, rich, powerful, transformative year awaits us. Today marks the beginnings. The sincere and deep need to change eras and air is present. And we are going to move forward. These are not passing resolutions. No. It’s much more intimate, imperative, visceral. Today shows you the change that has occurred within you. It’s done. 2025 is moving fast, very fast. The instantaneousness I’ve been drumming into your ears for decades is here, as expected. Every day you write a new story. Every night you rise and integrate another. Every hour, minute, second propels you so deep within that you discover infinite possibilities. Every breath brings you back to divine power, consciousness, and the richness of living. Every moment is no longer; only presence remains, the truth of the moment, your authentic truth, your real needs, and true desires. The powerful forces that push us are wonderfully elevating with love. And there’s nothing to do in truth, just to be. But to be sublime, to elevate oneself, from the Latin “sublimare”—to rise. To be oneself elevated. To be in one’s uniqueness. Which is only One… therefore Everything. And at the same time Unique. Singular. So yes, this sorts through: friends, love, family, work, karma too—everything goes through it. Little remains. But what and who remains are there. And what a new space to welcome the wonders to be lived! What sumptuousness reveals itself, ephemeral or not, as everything constantly changes. So let yourself be carried, let yourself be, arriving at yourself as at the Whole. See the New Dawn rise, then the Aurora. Sing the Divine Name that honors it, and then live.
8: We are at a turning point, an important passage this January that seeds our year. Therefore, thoughts, words, actions, and behaviors must be consciously recognized in order to give birth to choices and positioning that will allow for a more just co-creation, more aligned with the needs of your heart. Balancing throughout the year between prioritizing oneself and being altruistic is crucial. A wise blend of the moment to consider in one’s obligations and sincere needs. Also, we question, we are indignant, we reflect on a sincerely useful assessment that will allow for greater clarity and form a new organization of life for spectacular progress afterward. All topics are addressed, and it is important to do so. The frequency is rapid. Everything evolves very quickly. Everything changes just as fast.
9: The rhythm is rapid with this need to stay within oneself like a refuge. Yet today we take action. We do, we activate, we revolutionize our organizations; our way of life is undergoing significant transformation. The revolts are rumbling, and people are gradually awakening to so many subjects, and this will progress month by month throughout the year. A 9/1 that also leads us to reconsider our space/time. Its values, beliefs, knowledge. We cross restrictive limitations in our conscious capacities to discover that we can naturally and subtly increase our intuitive and extra-sensory possibilities. The fantastic ascension progression of 2025 is underway, already well underway but only at the beginning of its advancement. Wonders are on the way. Tensions between our emotional needs and our conscious will can provoke internal conflicts and important revelations. Heart and reason are seeking to meet. The presence to oneself and to others is still under strong questioning. The Moon here amplifies our sensitivity and empathy, making our public image more emotional, more authentic, and true. We need to be in harmony, to be in sync with everything that makes us resonate at this moment. This is an excellent time to show openness and authenticity in our interactions.
A capacity for well-considered decision-making, which has been gestating since the beginning of the month, is arriving. It is a good time to structure our emotions and establish healthy boundaries, particularly in personal relationships. Clearly, we are moving forward, setting our boundaries more firmly, and this is successful and brings beautiful achievements!

14: I reflected last week that I was photographing the sky less because it had been far too rarely clear and open for a year due to persistent chemtrails, and it was rare to see its blue, depth, and infinity. Last night under the magnificent moon and stars, I soaked up lunar milk. And this morning I almost jumped at dawn and contemplated the beautiful Dawn radiating in Solar Coherence.
Well, much of the day is like that.It shows you the glimmers of a new morning for you. Graces to savor. Suspended moments. Delicacy to give oneself to find meaning, honor, truth. That all this endured grayness, you no longer want. Especially no more. And that everything that doesn’t belong to you, you leave it behind. Just as one leaves without ever returning, but also without ever holding on. You leave clean. Respectfully. You break firmly but respectfully. Calmly within yourself and with the other or the situation. You do things well so that your sky is radiant.

22, 23, 24: Recalibration, strong releases, important holistic and karmic healing
22: Things are moving quickly, very quickly. Too quickly, some might say, perhaps out of fear of change. There’s a sense of two speeds: those who advance, think big, and make it happen, and those who brake, retreat, struggle, hesitate, and can’t let go. Those who know what they want and do it, and others who are completely lost. Those who do everything for peace and others for war. Those who wish to unite and others to divide. There’s a continent awakening, another declining. Some address real issues while others waste their precious time on trivialities. The current planetary alignment is a reinitialization of our solar system and thus our own internal solar system (see the teaching on solar coherence). Above all, here and now, it’s about being, doing, living your heart, your truth, your values. The photos of this magnificent tableau illustrate very well what is happening in reality. The heart forward, as a banner, faithful and upright, guided by the holy spirit, peaceful, advocating for peace, truth, and freedom as well. Freedom to be, to think, to have, to do, to go, to believe in whatever one wishes. Each person, individually. In a peaceful strength that does not need to demonstrate to obtain or achieve. 23: The guides speak to us about the importance of looking at the world in its vast entirety and reunifying what can be unified without making hasty or naive judgments or unnecessary angry words.
